Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

10 - 28 hours/week

OVERVIEW:

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. Develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions through a consultative sales approach. This position is for our branch located at 500 Railhead Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76106.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support business-to-business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
  • Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads, referrals, and prospecting
  • Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
  • Perform local sales calls, driving a company vehicle to customer sites
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of work
  • Possess a current valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, with the ability to meet driving record requirements
  • Possess or be working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field, or have relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
  • Problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills
  • Alignment with our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork
  • Ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-75 lbs
  • Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam)
