Responsibilities

• Promote a customer and product-focused sales culture, driven by our values and guiding principles.
• Be a Brand Ambassador through personal style, adherence to dress code, and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by providing solutions, building community, and creating memorable shopping experiences that bring women confidence and joy.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience preferred along with a passion for fashion
• Must be 18 years of age or older *16 years of age in select states
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Team-oriented problem-solver focused on continuous improvement
• Effectively communicate with customers, Associates, and Management and embody kindness
• Commitment to regular attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
• Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
• Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
