Sales Associate PT

Location: 1787 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013

Store: PACAR Public Store

Part-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

Up to 28 hours/week

Overview:

Kickstart your sales career as a Part-time Sales Associate PT, where every interaction becomes an opportunity to shape customer relationships and drive business success. Develop new partnerships and grow existing ones by communicating the value of our inventory management solutions using a consultative sales approach. This position is based at our branch located at 1787 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013.

Responsibilities:

1. Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
2. Provide value to customers through a consultative sales approach.
3. Develop new and grow existing relationships via leads, referrals, and prospecting.
4. Coordinate resources to respond to customer needs.
5. Perform local sales calls using a company vehicle.
6. Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.

Required Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements.
3. Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, or related field, or have relevant work experience.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficient in computer skills.
6. Strong aptitude and desire for sales.
7. Highly motivated, self-directed, customer-oriented.
8. Strong math, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
9. Good organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
11. Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork.
12. Ability to lift packages weighing 25-75 lbs.
13. Pass drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam).
