Job summary

KnitWell Group in Williamsburg, VA is hiring a Sales Associate for Store 5092-Prime Outlets Williamsburg. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to drive a welcoming, brand-focused experience.

You will create authentic conversations, assist with merchandising and inventory replenishment, and help maintain a visually inspiring store. Flexible availability, strong teamwork, and a passion for fashion are expected. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in Virginia.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and our brand.
• Willingness to learn new processes and tools.
