The Sales Associate will represent the brand in our retail store, Spring Step Shoes, at the Philadelphia Premium Outlet, in Pottstown, PA. This is a part-time position focused on providing world-class customer service and driving sales at our retail location.

Responsibilities, Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Consistently drive positive sales results and generate customer engagement and satisfaction with our portfolio of brands.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and shopability while overseeing the receipt and processing of incoming shipments.
• Process outgoing e-commerce orders with close attention to shipping standards.
• Demonstrate excellence in sales practices, ensuring products meet guest needs while upselling and offering add-on sales options.
• Create a welcoming and positive environment for teammates and guests.
• Represent and model our brands positively and constructively.
• Exhibit positive teamwork behaviors while maintaining professionalism on the mall premises.
• Maintain a safe environment for the team and guests.
• Work professionally with vendors, mall representatives, and corporate partners.

Essential Physical Responsibilities

• Long periods of walking, standing, and crouching.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders within the store environment.
