GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate creates value by delivering outstanding eye care in your neighborhood. Join our team to develop your sales and consultative skills while helping meet team goals.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating with opticians.
• Participate in maintaining a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Ensure store displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills
• Comfort with new technology and accuracy in tasks
• Strong sales skills and goal orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and adapt quickly
