About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service. Utilize effective selling techniques and provide in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist customers with special services including gift wrap, gift registry, locating merchandise, catalog orders, and more
• Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits
• Perform register transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges)
• Assist in visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting

Additional duties:

• Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards
• Process, ticket, and restock merchandise
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all company policies

You should also:

• Ask questions to understand customer needs

Physical requirements include mobility, operating POS systems, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Full-time associates should have open availability, including weekends and holiday seasons.
