What does a Squishable Retail Sales Associate do?

The Retail Sales Associate is a front‑line ambassador for Squishable, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining the brand’s high standards in the store.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain exceptional brand and operational standards within the store
• Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously
• Engage with customers and create a fun and memorable environment
• Process inbound shipments and organize inventory to meet brand visual guidelines
• Foster a passion for becoming Squishable ambassadors by learning about our unique products and communicating that knowledge to customers

Ideal Candidate

• Open availability with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with Square or similar POS software
• Ability to lift cartons up to 20 lbs.
• Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
