Duties and Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Engage proactively with customers and build connections.
• Ask questions and listen to customer needs.
• Guide customers to merchandise, informing them about promotions, events, and offers.
• Build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships, taking accountability for actions and outcomes.

ORGANIZATION

• Maintain store appearance and organization.

SALES

• Cross-sell products and know the store layout.
• Suggest products based on customer needs and current trends.
• Upsell products and leverage company tools for product knowledge.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash, discounts, and gift cards.
• Complete paperwork, reports, and reconciliation tasks.

INVENTORY

• Manage merchandise, ensure proper check-in, and accurate ticketing.

DEPENDABILITY

• Adhere to work schedules and follow through on assignments.

Qualifications

Product Knowledge

• Basic understanding of products and merchandise.

Experience

• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Communication Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions and manuals.

• Proper telephone etiquette.

Physical Demands & Work Environment
