ALO in Santa Clara is looking for a Sales Associate to help achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard. The role requires engaging customers, building relationships, and ensuring a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.
Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of client-centric sales experience and a passion for exceptional customer service. Associates enjoy a part-time schedule of up to 30 hours or full-time with 32-40 hours per week.

The Sales Associate helps achieve store sales goals by delivering the ALO experience and Brand Mission standard. They create an authentic, organic experience of excellence for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and community engagement.
Part‑time associates work up to 30 hours per week with a minimum 4‑hour shift. Full‑time associates work 32–40 hours per week with open availability. All employees must work during the blackout period from the week of Thanksgiving through the first week of January.

Associate base pay ranges from $18.50–$21.50 per hour in Santa Clara, CA. Associates are eligible to participate in the monthly store incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
