Overview

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service, supporting our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and making service a top priority.

Functions & Responsibilities
  1. Generate Sales: Responsible for meeting goals, developing relationships with top customers, supporting in-store event sourcing and execution.
  2. Customer Experience: Ensure the store reflects the brand vision, lead email capture efforts, educate new associates, and keep customer wish lists current.
  3. Crew Development: Assist with training, foster a welcoming environment, support recruiting, and participate in team-building activities.
  4. Operations: Maintain merchandise controls, support loss prevention, and ensure a clean store environment.
  5. Merchandising: Maintain merchandising standards, contribute feedback, and support brand initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Team-focused, confident, professional, creative, adaptable, and driven by integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective selling techniques and ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
  • Passion for making people happy and helping recruit, train, and motivate team members.
  • Attention to detail, ability to receive and give feedback positively.
  • Outgoing, friendly, personable, with a positive attitude.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Passion for the vineyard vines brand.

Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, reaching, carrying, bending, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
