Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers with special services including gift wrap, gift registry, locating merchandise, catalog orders, and more
- Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits
- Perform register transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and exchanges
- Assist in visual merchandise presentation, signage, and lighting
Additional duties:
- Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization
- Process, ticket, and restock merchandise
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies

Candidate qualities:
- Ability to ask questions to understand customer needs
- Enjoy connecting customers with products based on their style and story
- Work well with clear daily sales goals and metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience
Physical and availability requirements:
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and operate POS systems
- Lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs.
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays
