Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee)

Overview:

Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures a positive customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”), and prioritizes service.

Functions & Responsibilities:
  1. Meet sales goals and measures
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with top customers
  3. Support in-store event sourcing and execution
  4. Enhance the customer experience by embodying the brand vision
  5. Lead email capture initiatives and train new associates in best practices
  6. Maintain current customer wish lists and notify customers of product arrivals
  7. Assist in training new associates
  8. Foster a welcoming, energetic environment
  9. Support recruiting and team-building activities
  10. Maintain store operations including loss prevention, cleanliness, merchandising, and product feedback
