Spring Step Shoes at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to help launch our new store. You’ll deliver standout customer experiences, drive store performance, and contribute to a dynamic team.

Ideal candidates are friendly, sales-driven, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening, weekend, holidays, and peak periods availability is required; training and growth opportunities exist within Spring Footwear Corp.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals, conversion targets, and customer service expectations.
• Build genuine relationships with customers by identifying their needs and recommending the right products.
• Maximize every customer interaction through upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing, and shop-ready sales floor.
• Receive, unpack, process, and merchandise incoming shipments accurately.
• Process e-commerce and ship-from-store orders with close attention to detail.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss prevention practices.
• Represent Spring Step Shoes with professionalism, enthusiasm, and brand pride.
• Collaborate positively with teammates, mall management, vendors, and corporate partners.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members.

Spring Step Shoes, part of Spring Footwear Corp., is expanding—and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused sales professionals to help launch our new store at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach.

Schedule

Part-Time (15–25 hours per week) Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

What You’ll Do

• Outlet, footwear, fashion, or specialty retail experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders as needed
