Spring Step Shoes at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC is expanding and hiring energetic Sales Associates to launch our new store. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy connecting with customers, this is your opportunity to join a growing brand.

The role is part-time (15–25 hours per week), with availability required for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods. You’ll drive store performance through quality customer interactions and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals, conversion targets, and customer service expectations
• Build genuine relationships with customers by identifying their needs and recommending the right products
• Maximize every customer interaction through upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales opportunities
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing, and shop-ready sales floor
• Receive, unpack, process, and merchandise incoming shipments accurately
• Process e-commerce and ship-from-store orders with close attention to detail
• Assist with inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and loss prevention practices
• Represent Spring Step Shoes with professionalism, enthusiasm, and brand pride
• Collaborate positively with teammates, mall management, vendors, and corporate partners
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members

What You’ll Do

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders as needed
