Shoe Palace is hiring Retail Sales Associates in Milpitas, CA. We offer both part-time and full-time roles in a fast-paced, teamwork-driven retail environment. You’ll help customers find the latest footwear, create a positive shopping experience, and enjoy a flexible schedule with employee discounts.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with weekend availability, energetic, friendly, and eager to grow. Prior customer service is a plus and athletic shoe knowledge helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old (16+ with permit) per job posting.
• Open availability on weekends is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have…
• Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
