Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is hiring Retail Sales Associates for part-time and full-time roles in California. You’ll create a fun shopping experience, help customers find the right shoes, and maintain a clean, organized store. The environment is energetic, fashion-forward, and team-oriented, with opportunities to grow and thrive.

Ideal candidates are 18+ (16+ with permits), available weekends, outgoing, and motivated to succeed. Prior customer service or athletic shoe sales experience is a plus.

Compensation: Store Associate pay range: $17.95 - $17.95 per hour. This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
