Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing quality customer service and driving product sales. The Sales Associate is knowledgeable in each product area or department in our store, upholds policies, procedures and standards listed in the visual manual, fully promotes each sale and/or promotion, and serves as an ambassador of the organization and brand. They create a unique customer experience, helping to acquire and retain long‑time customers. The Sales Associate is passionate about giving outstanding customer service and promoting merchandise.
