Shoe Palace is hiring Retail Sales Associates to deliver the best possible customer experience in our stores. You will join a dynamic, upbeat team focused on selling shoes and creating a fun shopping environment in Houston and beyond.

The Role

We Have Part-Time and Full-Time Positions

About you…

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

Compensation

• Store Associate pay range: $10.00 - $10.00 per hour.
• This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
