Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to provide an outstanding customer experience in our stores. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with a fun, energetic team and opportunities to grow.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with weekend availability, enjoy fashion and shoes, and are motivated to succeed in a dynamic retail environment. Prior customer service or athletic footwear sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Fun and outgoing
• Into the latest trends? Fashion? Shoes? Perfect!
• A desire to work hard and be successful.
• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have… Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.

The Role

Compensation

• Store Associate pay range: $10.00 - $10.00 per hour.
• This role will be eligible for the company 401K plan.
