Join our team at DTLR, Inc. as a Part-Time Sales Associate at the Chestnut/ Gallery Relo location in Philadelphia, PA. We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support our store operations.

Position Summary

The Sales Associate will focus on driving sales and building customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge. Responsibilities include merchandise presentation, sales, customer relations, and store maintenance. The key to success in this role is a focus on customer service, teamwork, and sales achievement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain fashion-forward knowledge and meet customer needs by selling suitable merchandise while adhering to DTLR standards and fostering relationships.
  • Assist with shipments, restocking, merchandising, and pricing.
  • Create a positive, energetic impression for customers and demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and company.
  • Follow all company policies and embrace training programs.
  • Ensure visual standards are maintained, restocking is completed, and appropriate merchandise is displayed as per visual directives.
  • Help prevent theft by employees and customers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales environment.
  • Support store organization and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills and basic fashion trend awareness. Physical Requirements
