At the Catholic University Gift Shop, our store extends the University's mission to foster faith, knowledge, and service. As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming shopping experience for students, faculty, alumni, and visitors, helping them connect with products that celebrate school pride and Catholic University’s heritage.

The Role:

As a Sales Associate (Part-time), you will be a key part of our store team, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every guest interaction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Create Magical Moments: Provide enjoyable and unique shopping experiences through friendly greetings and engaging product demos.
  • Be a Store Superstar: Support daily operations, restock shelves, and assist guests in finding products.
  • Engage & Entertain: Use your positive energy to make shopping memorable for every customer.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Flexible & Ready for Anything: Available to work irregular hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • People Person: Enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations with guests of all ages.
  • Product Pro: Excited to share product knowledge and make personalized recommendations.
  • Team Player: Friendly, positive, and able to collaborate well with others.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Previous retail, cash handling, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
What to Expect:
  • Be active, moving around the store, helping customers, and creating displays.
  • Occasional light lifting up to 15 pounds.
