Blenders Eyewear in Austin, TX, is seeking a Part-time Retail Sales Associate who can energize the in-store experience and actively drive store performance.

You will engage customers, guide them to the right products, and contribute to conversion, attach rates, and overall revenue while maintaining product knowledge and a high-energy environment. You will collaborate with store leadership to execute promotions, merchandising, and stock management, including weekends.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associatewho actively drives store performance, rather than just supporting it.

• Engaging customers and influencing purchase decisions
• Driving conversion, AOV, and overall revenue
• Creating a high-energy, product-focused in-store experience

You’ll work closely with store leadership and be a key contributor to how the business performs day-to-day.

What You’ll Own

Customer Experience & Selling

• Deliver a high-energy, product-driven sales experience
• Actively engage customers and guide them to the right product
• Drive conversion and attachment (multiple units, add-ons, upgrades)
• Confidently communicate product features, styling, and benefits

Store Performance

• Contribute to store KPIs including conversion, AOV, and UPT
• Support execution of product launches, promotions, and merchandising
• Maintain strong awareness of top-performing styles and trends

Operations & Execution

• Keep the sales floor fully stocked, organized, and visually strong
• Execute transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory, replenishment, and loss prevention standards

Team & Culture

• Bring a positive, accountable, team-first mindset
• Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Partner with leadership to continuously elevate execution
