Blenders Eyewear in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (Shade Specialist) to deliver a world-class customer experience on the retail floor, embodying the Blenders brand, and sharing knowledge on new launches and styles.

You will work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, 3+ days a week including weekends, with opportunities for growth, competitive pay and monthly bonus, plus employee perks like free shades. Must have 1–3 years retail experience and strong communication.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, the Sales Associate, or as we like to call Shade Specialist, is responsible for providing a world-class customer experience. This role has a direct and immediate impact on the success of Blenders. The Shade Specialist has a positive attitude, professional vibe and is always willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicates the values and brand of Blenders
• Stays up to date on new launches and styles while providing accurate product information
• Anticipates the needs of customers while always offering exceptional style advice
• Uses best judgment in all customer service matters to quickly address any customer complaints
• Interacting with customers on the retail floor, providing product knowledge and exceptional customer experience to each individual
• Opening and closing the store as required

Requirements:

• Must be flexible with weekly schedule (minimum 3 days of availability) and be available to work weekends
• Normal retail store hours are Monday through Sunday

This is a part-time role and reporting directly to the Retail Store Manager. Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Sunday (10:00AM-7:00PM).
