Job summary

Shoe Palace in California is seeking Retail Sales Associates for both part-time and full-time positions. You will help create a fun, engaging shopping experience, assist customers in finding the right footwear, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

The role rewards energetic, self-motivated individuals who enjoy fashion and sneakers. Requirements include being 18+ (16+ with permit), weekend availability, and a customer-service mindset; prior footwear sales is a plus.

• BE DRIVEN!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have...
• Customer service experience
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
