Job summary

Shoe Palace is seeking energetic Retail Sales Associates to deliver excellent customer service in our California stores. Join a dynamic team focused on sales, trends, and a fun shopping experience.

Both part-time and full-time positions are available. You will help keep the store organized, engage customers, and thrive in a fast-paced, upbeat environment. Prior retail or footwear experience is a plus, and discounts are offered.

The Role

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits)

• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS

• Fun and outgoing

• A desire to work hard and be successful. BE DRIVEN!

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome!

It would be great but not completely necessary to have…

• Customer service experience

• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
