Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Yulee, FL is seeking an energetic front desk associate to greet members and prospective clients with enthusiasm. You will present the Orangetheory concept, manage phone calls, tours, and member inquiries, and support studio operations.

Ideal candidates are passionate about fitness, communicate clearly, and enjoy teamwork. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to impact growth and member satisfaction in a vibrant studio.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic about fitness and comfortable talking to people.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers.
• Working at the front desk, answering phones and assisting members.
• Giving studio tours to potential clients.
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Keeping all areas of the studio clean and organized.

• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
