Job Description: Guest Experience Rockstar

1. Greet every guest with a smile and genuine excitement.
2. Assist guests, watch the floor, and ensure no one waits at the register.
3. Build strong connections with guests by showing them your favorite products, while maintaining diversity.
4. Be proactive: always ready with a task or helping hand.
5. Learn, grow, and share product knowledge with the team.
6. Be punctual, positive, and a team player.
7. Keep the space clean, stay aware of store projects, and communicate with teammates.

Physical Activities

The following physical activities are necessary to perform essential functions of this position:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours daily.
• Must be willing and able to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.
