A specialty outdoor retailer is seeking a Guest Experience Rockstar in Chattanooga, TN. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with a smile, and be proactive in maintaining a clean store environment. Strong connection-building with customers and teamwork are essential. Physical activities such as lifting and standing for extended hours will be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
• Must be willing and able to sit on the floor and get up without assistance.
