Sun Tan City - JAM Enterprises is seeking a motivated Sales Associate (Part Time) in Le Mars, IA. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, assisting clients with product recommendations, and achieving sales targets in a friendly salon setting.

The position requires availability for evenings and weekends, with a lively bonus and advancement opportunities, and access to employee discounts and wellness perks.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make product and service recommendations to clients.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds while clients leave and engaging new clients on arrival.
• Help keep salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas clean.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment and follow company policies.
• Be able to work evenings and weekends; hours are 5pm close on Saturday and 6pm on Sunday.

Task and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to properly engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends are a Must. We close at 5pm on Sat, and 6pm on Sun.
• We are closed on the 5 Major holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
• Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
