LOFT in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will help keep the store beautiful by organizing merchandise and maintaining inviting selling floors.

You'll collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service, support omnichannel experiences using available tools, and adapt to flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
