LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the ultimate brand ambassador, connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations.

You will help keep the store beautifully organized, collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service, and support omnichannel experiences using available tools. This role emphasizes hospitality, flexibility, and initiative in a fast-paced retail environment at Overland Park, KS.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
