Chico's in Ocean City, MD is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centric environment. You will deliver personalized service, share product knowledge, and help create a seamless in-store and online experience.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the opportunity to contribute to store goals and merchandising initiatives. Regular/Part-time positions with competitive pay are available.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
