Chico's is seeking a Sales Associate for the Ocean City, MD location to deliver a customer-centered experience and build genuine connections with shoppers. You will learn product details, provide personalized service, and support merchandising and inventory tasks in-store.

The role values team collaboration, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a passion for fashion and empowering customers.
