Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring for Sales Associate or Sales Manager to be the go-to expert for auto maintenance and repair, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Compensation is $40,000–$55,000 annually, paid weekly with monthly store bonuses; full benefits and strong teamwork are part of our culture.

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and Saturdays.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Compensation Plan

Pay: $40,000 - $55,000 + annually

Our Sales Team Members are paid weekly and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
