Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish.

You will help customers select eyewear, dispense eyewear and lens care guidance, and assist with store operations. Fluency in English and Spanish and 1+ year retail or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent reading and speaking in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

What You’ll Need:
