Job summary

America's Best is seeking a Sales Associate to join our optical retail team in Florida. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, and support store operations while meeting sales goals.

We value strong customer service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn about eyewear care. This role includes in-store tasks and adherence to state regulations where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
