Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a Sales Associate in Morristown, NJ. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and driving sales goals.

Responsibilities include helping customers select eyewear, dispensing glasses and contacts where permitted, maintaining records, answering calls, and keeping the store merchandised to brand standards. We offer competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a retail environment with a customer focus.

• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
