Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses where permitted, educate on care, and maintain accurate records.

In this role you will thrive in a busy retail environment, provide responsive service over the phone and in person, and contribute to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses as allowed by state law.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate order status.
• Keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers while supporting store operations and sales goals.

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials. Job duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements.
