Job summary

National Vision’s America's Best is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and support store operations. You’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense lenses, educate on care, and maintain records. The role includes handling orders, phone inquiries, and merchandising to brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials. Job duties and work practices may vary to meet these requirements.
