Responsibilities include helping customers choose eyewear, dispensing lenses, educating on care, maintaining records, and handling inventory. A high school diploma and 1+ year of retail or customer service experience are preferred; the role emphasizes friendly, multitasking teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
