Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, help customers select eyewear, and support daily store operations.

You will dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses as allowed by state law, educate on lens care, maintain records, answer calls, and keep the store organized and merchandised to brand standards. Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens care education.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process orders.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and help meet sales goals.

Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards

Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures

Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred

Versatility: Skilled at multi-tasking and handling a fast-paced work environment

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
