Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to provide outstanding customer service while supporting store sales goals and daily operations.

You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle and budget, dispense eyewear and lenses (as permitted by state law), and maintain accurate customer records. The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on lifestyle and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law
• Educate customers on eyewear care
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Support store operations including inventory and loss prevention
• Keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Other duties as assigned

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards

Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures

What You'll Need:

Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
