Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget and dispense eyeglasses and contacts as permitted by state law.

You will educate customers on eyewear care, maintain accurate records, and communicate order status. Keep the store clean and merchandised to brand standards while supporting inventory control and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

What You'll Need:

• Experience & Skills: 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred
