Job summary

America's Best in Virginia is seeking a Sales Associate in Optical to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense glasses and contacts; train on lenses as permitted by state law; and keep accurate records.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
