Aaron's Sales Associate position is based in Anchorage, Alaska. You will engage directly with customers on the showroom floor, helping them find the right products while assisting with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise as needed.

The role offers an hourly wage between $14.50 and $17.00, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive pay. We provide training, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs on your own and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.
