GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Sales Associate, you are the key to ensuring our customers have a rewarding experience that enhances their sport performance. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, meet sales and service goals, provide product knowledge, and work as part of a team to achieve individual and store objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver sales targets and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and offering solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, opticians, and support staff.
• Maintain the store's appearance, keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and secure all company assets.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic math skills
• Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with high accuracy
• Strong sales skills and accountability for achieving sales goals
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a fast-changing environment
