Job summary

White-House-Black-Marke in Natick, MA is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers with hospitality, share product knowledge, and deliver a personalized service. You’ll foster authentic conversations, build connections, and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools.

You’ll educate customers about brand loyalty programs, support store performance through merchandising and inventory duties, and maintain a visually inspiring space.

About the role

Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA. For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.

Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
