Description

PAY: $15/Hr. while in training (2 weeks). After training, the pay will be $15/Hr. OR your commission, whichever is greater, for the first 90 days. After 90 days, it will switch to straight commission. Salary has no Cap!!

Requirements For Sales Associates

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
• Requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and someone who thrives on a sales floor
• Promote and sell merchandise displayed on the showroom floor, work directly with internal and external customers

Employment Standards

Ability to lift merchandise of 10lbs; walk or stand for long periods; respond to customer needs; communicate effectively with team members; sales experience preferred but not required; positive attitude; knowledge of safety procedures.
