Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Pleasant View, Utah, is seeking energetic team members to welcome visitors, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first workout. You’ll work with trainers to help newcomers experience our hallmark workouts and begin their fitness journey.

This role emphasizes sales of memberships, follow-ups with prospective clients, and participation in local marketing events. You’ll join a collaborative, growth-focused studio that values a positive, energetic culture

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
